Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Process:

  1. Follow this link to complete the RMA request form, or visit filtersource.com/returns
  2. Check your email for a support ticket with your RMA number. This will be your point of reference moving forward.
  3. Within two business days, our customer support team will reply to your ticket with further steps toward a resolution.
  4. Once your product is received back into our warehouse, we will either submit a refund back to your credit card or supply a credit memo to your account.

Please note: many of our filtration products are custom made-to-order. Some products may be subject to a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
